After the reference
We will contact the patient as soon as possible.
After the work has been completed, you will receive a report.

Replacement before 5 years: mandatory mention: "Cavity replacement"
In accordance with RAMQ requirements, only prescriptions issued by a licensed ophthalmologist are accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept prescriptions issued by residents, even under supervision, in order to comply with RAMQ reimbursement criteria.
