If this news affects you deeply, please know that we share your sorrow. Marie-France leaves behind a void that we all feel.
The patient records and clinical operations are now being managed by Groupe Ocularistes Elisabelle Inc. to ensure continuity of care and the stability of the clinic. We sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness during this period marked by many changes and a tremendous loss.

Elisabelle St-Hilaire, BCO, completed her entire ocularist training under the direct supervision of Marie-France Clermont, with whom she worked since January 2019. Over the years, Marie-France passed on far more than technical expertise. She taught the importance of precision, diligence, attention to detail, and consistently high-quality work. It is with great honor, gratitude, and respect that Elisabelle will continue her work and provide patients with care that meets the high standards that have always defined Marie-France’s practice.
To Marie-France’s patients: Caring for you is the greatest honor of my career. I will carry on this legacy with humility and with all the care that she taught me to provide.
No action is required on your part if you wish to continue receiving care at our clinic. Your file has been carefully preserved, and your treatment will continue from where it left off. If you already have an appointment scheduled, it remains valid and does not need to be rebooked.
As part of this transition, your contact information, medical record, and related information have been transferred to Groupe Ocularistes Elisabelle Inc., which is now responsible for their safekeeping. This transfer is for the purposes of ensuring continuity of care, clinic administration, processing your requests, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
At any time, you may update your contact information, inform us of your communication preferences, request access to your file, request that your file be transferred to another provider, or withdraw your consent where applicable. We will respond to such requests within the timelines required by law.
